Do you charge all of your plumbing services at the same rate?
Yes. Our prices are fixed across all of our plumbing services as we work on the same labour rate for all of our plumbing and heating services that take place between ordinary working hours (8am – 5pm). However, any work completed after these hours will be deemed emergency work and will be charged at a higher rate. Since our rates are fixed across all services, they are transparent, fair and affordable.
How do I know if my leak is bad?
Most of the time you will not know. This is because even leaks that appear minor to begin with can spiral into bigger, more damaging issues if left to do so. Likewise, it is hard to see the true extent of a leak unless you are an expert with specialist technology. That is why it is a good idea to contact a professional plumber at the first sign.
My leak is bad. Can you get here quickly?
Absolutely. We understand that some plumbing breakdowns simply can’t wait. That is why we offer emergency appointments and get to you as soon as you need us. Call us now to book.
How can I prevent a water leak?
There are three main ways. Firstly, you should get regular plumbing maintenance checks to ensure everything is functioning well and identify any possible leak risks. Secondly, you should be wary of your water use, as this will enable you to notice any sudden increases that cannot be explained – this is the first sign of a leak. Lastly, you should be wary of your water pressure.
Are you insured and licensed?
100%. Every member of our team is fully insured and licensed. We even offer a six month guarantee across all of our workmanship since we are that confident in our abilities.
Can you replace parts as part of the service?
Yes. Our leak detection and repair service is comprehensive and it involves not only finding the leak, but also repairing it and preventing it from happening again. In our repairs we use WRAS approved parts only for extra peace of mind.
Can you help with a smaller, non-urgent leak?
Absolutely. Some leaks aren’t the end of the world but they are just annoying and wasteful. We can do any small repairs done in no time at all, even if it is something minimal like a leaking tap.
